Protecting Your Chocolate
During the warmer months, products containing chocolate require extra protection in transit. Orders that include our Original Recipe trail mix or Chocolate Clusters will ship with insulated packaging and ice packs to help prevent melting.
A small temperature-control fee will be added at checkout to help cover these additional materials. In keeping with our Earth-First values, the insulation and ice packs we use are planet-friendly and designed to minimize environmental impact while protecting your snacks on their journey.
Plan B: choose any of our other recipes: Tropical, Summer, or Savory which do not have chocolate and don’t require the temp controlled shipping.
It's not our favorite thing to charge for either, but it's the best way to make sure your snacks arrive fresh, delicious, and ready to enjoy.
