Purchase Options Policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you opt to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can easily cancel it.

You have the flexibility to cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription can be found in your order confirmation emails. For more information on returns and refunds, please refer to our returns policy.

Pre-Orders
By purchasing a pre-order, you are securing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. We may either collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method. The full or remaining payment will be charged when the product becomes available.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled; however, you may request a full or partial refund. Please see our returns policy for additional details.

Try Before You Buy
For items purchased under the "try before you buy" option, we will authorize your payment method prior to fulfilling the order. You will have a designated period to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return the item within this timeframe, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
